About
A sheet of paper that gets someone a job.
In India a resume is still a document. It is printed at a cyber café, carried in a plastic folder to a walk-in, attached to a Naukri profile, stapled behind a government form. The tools built for it, though, are mostly American: they bill in dollars, lock the PDF after you have typed everything, assume a two-column layout is fine, and know nothing about CGPA cutoffs, NPTEL, articleship or why a sarkari form wants your father's name.
ResumeCrew is built the other way round. You talk, in English or Hinglish, and a reviewer who has read a thousand campus resumes types an ATS-safe A4 page in front of you. It asks for the number instead of inventing one. It shows every edit as a red strike and a highlight. It scores the result against a rubric you can read. The PDF is free. If you need more, you pay once by UPI and nothing ever auto-deducts.
What we believe
- The download is never the paywall.
- Numbers come from the candidate, never from the model.
- One column, standard headings, real text. Beauty that fails a parser is not beauty.
- Pricing should be lower than a movie ticket and understood in one glance.
- Your data is yours: export it, delete it, no questions.

Read the no-manipulation policy, the scoring rubric and the privacy notice. They are short on purpose.
