The privacy promise
What you see, what you never see.
Students are adults making a choice about their own data. These are the rules the product enforces, in plain words.
If a student ticks the box, you see

Whatever they choose, you never see
- Resume text, in any form
- Email, phone or address

- 01Nothing is shared until the student ticks a box. The box starts unticked and ticking it is their choice alone.
- 02They can switch it off at any time. Your list updates on the very next page load.
- 03Their choice never touches their pass. Not sharing costs them nothing.
- 04You see your own college only. Another college's data cannot be reached from your account.
- 05Every time staff open the student list, export it or run an audit, it is logged.
- 06Totals never point at one person. Students who did not share are folded into a total only once at least 5 of them are in the group.
- 07Sharing ends by itself when the cohort ends.
- 08The fixes you see are generic, such as “Bullets carry no numbers”. They are never lines from the resume.

Students keep the free plan whatever happens: a real PDF without a watermark, the explained score and one tailoring a month. The seat adds the pass features until the cohort ends. A pass a student bought with their own money is never touched.
This is not a placement management system. There are no drives to schedule and no company tracker, and we never send a resume to a recruiter. It does one job: help every student leave with a resume that parses and reads well.

Can we read our students' resumes?
No. A placement officer sees a score and three generic fixes per sharing student, never the resume itself. If a student wants your feedback they can export their PDF and bring it to you, as they would on paper.
What happens if a student does not tick the box?
They get the full pass and everything works for them. They are counted in your headcount, and in anonymous totals under the rule above, but they do not appear by name.
Do we have to give you student emails?
No. Students join with the code and their own sign-in. If you tell us your email domain we mark college-email joins as verified, but nobody is turned away for using a personal address.
What happens when the year ends?
Passes end on the cohort's end date and sharing stops. Students keep their resumes and the free plan: a real PDF, the explained score and one tailoring a month. To continue, we open a new cohort.
Who sets up the portal?
We do. You tell us the batches and seat counts, we create the cohorts, assign your placement officer's account and send the join links.
