Terms of use
- The service. ResumeCrew helps you write, score, tailor and export a resume. You own the resume; we own the software. You may use the free tier for as long as you like within its published limits.
- Your content. You confirm the facts in your resume are true. The reviewer will not invent them for you and we are not responsible if you edit in something false afterwards. See the no-manipulation policy.
- Passes. Passes are one-time payments in ₹, GST included, valid for the stated days from purchase. They do not renew. Unused passes bought by mistake can be refunded within 24 hours. When a pass ends, your data stays; Pro features pause.
- The score. Scores are estimates computed against a published rubric. They are not a guarantee of a shortlist, an interview or a job, and no employer's ATS result is predicted.
- Acceptable use. Do not use the service to produce hidden text, fabricated credentials or content about another person without their consent, or to scrape or resell outputs at scale. We may suspend accounts that do.
- Availability. We aim for the service to work when you need it but offer it as-is; our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 90 days.
- Privacy. Governed by the privacy notice, which is part of these terms.
- Law. Indian law applies; courts in Pune have jurisdiction. Questions: hello@resumecrew.in.
