Fresher: what changes
A data analyst fresher is read for the question behind the work: what was asked, which data, what you found and who could act on it. A chart alone does not carry the page; a cleaned dataset, a set of SQL queries and one clear recommendation do.
First thing a reader checks: A project that starts from a question, not a chart: what was asked, which data, what was found and who could act on it.

2 to 5 years: what changes
At two to five years a data analyst is read for what you own: which reports people rely on, how many of them, and what a number you found led to. Course projects and school marks come off, and every dashboard on the page needs readers, a refresh time or a decision beside it.
First thing a reader checks: Reporting you own: dashboards or MIS that people use on a schedule, with the number of readers and the time saved.

5+ years: what changes
At five or more years the question is influence: which decisions your analysis changed, what they were worth and how many analysts you grew. A senior page keeps two or three programmes of work, names the stack in one line and drops the dashboard inventory.
First thing a reader checks: Decisions influenced, with money or time attached: a hub closed, a price changed, a launch paused, and the figure the business confirmed.
