Fresher: what changes
A QA fresher is read for proof that you can test, not only describe testing: cases written, defects raised and what a developer did with them. One internship or one small automation project, with honest counts, carries the page, and the marks line stays short and easy to find.
First thing a reader checks: Test artefacts a reader can picture: how many cases you wrote or ran, how many defects you raised and which tool they lived in (JIRA, Excel, TestRail).

2 to 5 years: what changes
By the third year a QA resume is judged on the automation you own and what it changed: regression time, defect leakage and release speed. Manual testing stays on the page as depth, school marks come off, and every tool in the skills list should sit inside a bullet.
First thing a reader checks: Automation owned, not merely run: suite size, how often it runs and what it replaced. 'Executed automation scripts' tells a hiring manager very little.

5+ years: what changes
At this level a QA resume is read as a management document: how many people, which framework you chose and why, and how release quality moved under you. Two or three programmes of work with team size and escaped-defect numbers beat a long tool list.
First thing a reader checks: Team scope with a number: people led, squads covered, products or releases a year.

Answer a few questions, one at a time. The reviewer drafts each line, asks for the numbers it cannot guess and never adds a fact you did not give. Already have a resume? Check it first and see what a parser reads.
