Professional exams: say exactly where you are

State the stage you have actually reached, such as 'CA Intermediate, both groups cleared, November 2025'. If you have only registered, say so, and if a Final attempt is in progress, say that. Never use wording that implies a qualification you have not completed. A background check compares the claim with the record, and a mismatch can end an application that was otherwise strong.

Tools, and clarity

List Excel (pivot tables, lookups), Tally Prime and any ERP you have used, each evidenced in a bullet. For analyst-style roles, write lines in a problem, action, result order and keep them short.
